What is our cancellation policy?

To ensure schedule stability and minimise agent changes, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Free of charge if notification is provided at least 28 days in advance
- CHF 20.- fee for cancellations made between 28 days and 8 days before the cleaning date
- The full cleaning amount for cancellations made 7 days or less before the cleaning date
