The fees may vary. If the fee costs increases for an external reason for which the Contractor is not responsible (e.g increase in wages according to a collective agreement or increase in social security contributions), the Contractor shall be entitled to pass on this increase in the order. Such an increase in the amount not attributable to the Contractor shall not constitute grounds for termination of the contract.
