Participation in the above-mentioned contest is free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase. Natural persons residing in Switzerland, who live in an area covered by Batmaid SA, and who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
Batmaid SA and Brack.ch reserve the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons. This applies in particular if participants attempt to manipulate their entries or violate the conditions of entry.
Batmaid's employees are excluded from the contest. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash.
