We have damage insurance, Baloise with Batmaid. It covers up to 1000.- CHF per year in case of acknowledged damage. We will ask you to provide a picture of the broken object together with a buying receipt if the amount is superior to 1000.- CHF, we will treat your case individually and come back to you with the best possible solution.
