What do I need to prepare prior to my end-of-tenancy cleaning?

An end-of-tenancy cleaning can only be well-executed if the right cleaning products are provided. In order to optimise our services and the quality of the Batmaid employee(s)' work, you must provide specific cleaning products (if you have opted for the Material and Guarantee, please ignore this). General cleaning products:

• Multisurface cleaner, descaling agent, degreasing agent, WC cleaning product, glass cleaner;
• 1 vacuum: suitable for all surfaces;
• 1 floor maintenance kit: bucket, mop, dustpan, and brush, suitable floor cleaning product (for wood, tile, etc.).

The following products:

• 1 box of latex gloves, 2 dusters, 20 microfibre cloths, 6 sponges, 4 rolls of paper towel;
• 1 step ladder: to easily access windows, cabinets, etc.

Depending on your home:

• Stovetop product (for electric hob, metal, etc.).

Depending on your selected extras:

• An oven cleaner (to apply the day before), 3 steel wool;
• A window squeegee and additional microfiber cloths;

Please also take into consideration the three additional pre-cleaning tasks listed below. We ask you to complete them, depending on the extras booked, no later than the evening before the cleaning:

• Apply the oven cleaner;
• Unplug/defrost your fridge/freezer;
• Remove the filters from the hood range if you'd like us to clean it.
