Batmaid takes pre-selection very seriously and has the most demanding selection criteria in the field of home cleaning. All pre-selected candidates have at least two years of experience in the cleaning industry (including home cleaning, hotels or offices). We make sure that they have either the Swiss nationality or a valid work permit (B or C) and are resident in Switzerland. Finally, they all must have a clean criminal record.
