How can I use the Cleaning Checklist feature?

The Cleaning Checklist is a feature designed to enhance your cleaning experience if you are a Batmaid home cleaning client with a recurring contract. After booking a cleaning service, you will be invited to complete an onboarding survey to help us understand your specific cleaning needs, such as the size of your home, the number of rooms, and other characteristics of your home and preferences.

Based on this information, a customised checklist is generated which you can edit at any time from the "My Cleanings" or "Options" page in your account. Please note that changes to the checklist are applied to the entire contract, not individual cleaning sessions.

The Cleaning Checklist is designed to provide clear guidelines to your cleaning professional, ensuring that the service aligns with your expectations. It allows you to customise preferences, prioritise tasks, and communicate unique requirements, making your cleaning experience more personalised and efficient.
