In order to make a change to an existing booking, you have to be logged in to your profile. Go to “My cleanings” and then select “Upcoming cleanings” option. Click on “more” and then “edit booking”. Please note that you can not perform a change request if your cleaning is scheduled less than 48 hours in advance.
Be aware that our agents schedules are quite busy, a change of day can result in a change of agent.
