In order to cancel an existing booking, you have to be logged in to your profile. Go to “My cleanings” and then select “Upcoming cleanings” option. Click on “more” and then “cancel booking”.
Please note that updating your availabilities more than 28 days of the cleaning date, in case of holidays or planned absence for example, ensures that no cancellation fee applies. To inform us of your future absence over 28 days in advance head to the “Options” section in your profile page and click “Add vacation”.
