Cancellation Conditions

In order for Batmaid to be well organized and manage the logistics of hundreds of cleanings per day, we apply the following cancellation policy for home cleaning:

• Over 28 days: relax, you can still notify us about your absence and your bookings will be cancelled for free for you
  

• Between 28 and 8 days before the cleaning: you will be charged 20 CHF
  

• After this, the cleaning will be charged in full
  

Any short-notice cancellation means potentially less work for your Batmaid. We would like to avoid this as the Batmaids count on us to supply them with regular jobs and steady income.

Different conditions apply to our business clients and are part of the custom contracts signed between the two parties. The default rules are full cancellations fee for cancellations 24 hours before the cleaning and 1 hour equivalent charge for cancellations within 48 hours before the cleaning.
