General instructions for ALL rooms and living areas

• □ Floors (wood, tile, etc.): vacuum them, check for scuff marks, rub off marks and spots.
• □ Carpets: vacuum them, remove stains.
• □ Walls: dust them, check for scuff marks, rub off marks and spots. Repaint stubborn sections of walls.
• □ Doors: dust and wipe them.
  • □ Door handles: wipe and polish them. Make sure they function properly.
• □ Windows: wipe and polish them, inside and out.
  • □ Windowsills: wipe them.
  • □ Window handles: wipe and polish them.
• □ Ceilings: dust them. Wipe off any stains.
• □ Corners: dust them.
• □ Mirrors and pictures: dust, wipe and polish them.
• □ Light fixtures: dust and wipe them.
  • □ Lamps: dust and wipe them.
  • □ Light switches, sockets and plugs: dust and wipe them.
• □ Baseboards: dust and wipe them.
• □ Stairs, banisters and spindles: dust and wipe them.
• □ Curtain rails: dust and wipe them.
• □ Radiators: dust and wipe them.
• □ Garbage bins: empty and wipe them.

Bedroom, living room & common areas

• □ Beds: polish surfaces.
• □ Mattresses: vacuum on both sides.
• □ Storage units (wardrobe, closet, drawers, etc.): empty and clean them inside and out.

Bathroom & toilets

• □ Tiles: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Towel rails: wipe them.
• □ Faucets: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Bathtubs: clean, descale, disinfect and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Shower curtains or screens: wipe and clean inside and out. Get rid of mold. Descale and polish.
• □ Sinks and taps: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Toilet areas: clean, descale, disinfect and polish them.
• □ Soap dispensers: clean and polish them.
• □ Toothbrush containers: clean and polish them.
• □ Cupboards, shelves and drawers: empty and clean them inside and out.
• □ Extractor fans: clean them and get rid of mold.
• □ Washing machine: clean it.
• □ Dryer: clean it.

Kitchen

• □ Tiles: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Faucets: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Sinks and taps: clean, descale and polish them. Get rid of mold stains.
• □ Cupboards, shelves and drawers: empty and clean them inside and out.
• □ Work surfaces: wipe, wash and disinfect them.
• □ Fridge and freezer: wipe and wash inside and out. Get rid of ice.
• □ Microwave: wipe inside and out.
• □ Dishwasher: clean inside and out.
• □ Oven: degrease, clean and polish inside and out. Have a scraper at your disposal. We recommend that you apply the cleaning product the night before the cleaning of the oven.
• □ Extractor fan: clean and get rid of mold.
• □ Appliances: clean them.
