Batmaid of the Month - October 2020

We’re happy to provide our readers with some feel-good news: We have a new Batmaid of the Month to celebrate! 🎉

Shelly H. has been chosen as the BOM October thanks to her hard work and incredible average rating of 4.77!

How did she discover Batmaid in the first place? “I spotted a Facebook ad, saying that Batmaid was looking for cleaning professionals and, on a whim, I just applied!”, she tells us. Nowadays, she enjoys spotting the Batmaid billboards around Zurich. 😎 “I even spot them on buses I take to my cleanings!”

Of course, the most important thing in her life isn’t her job, but rather her family: Shelly has 3 children, aged 21, 11 and 7. In their free time, they especially enjoy playing outside and going on walks in the forest. “Thankfully, they also enjoy school”, she laughs.

When asked what makes her happiest about her job, she answers that it’s the positive feedback she gets from her clients: “Everyone is happy, when their home is clean and fresh. When I finish a job and the clients tell me how satisfied they are with my work, it’s a great feeling.”

In fact, Shelly has such a great relationship with her employers, that when asked about the Big Shift, she tells us that she’ll work in whatever model they choose. This shows that she’s established a great level of trust with her employers. 🤗 Well done!

In order to honour Shelly’s hard work, Batmaid is giving her the title of Batmaid of the Month of October and gifting her a Migros voucher worth 100 CHF. “I’ll probably spend the voucher with the kids. I can already tell you what they love - pizza, fries, chicken, all the unhealthy stuff!”, she laughs. 🍕
