Batmaid of the Month Luxembourg - November 2019

Congratulations to Raphaëlle who has been selected as the Luxembourg Batmaid of the Month for November, with 872 cleanings to her name and an incredible overall score of 4.72/5!

Having arrived to Luxembourg many years ago thanks to Médecins Sans Frontières, who had brought her out for an operation that she was in need of, Raphaëlle settled down and began undertaking business studies. Today, 25 years down the line, she is still living in Luxembourg with the family she has started.

Before starting at Batmaid she had been working for a large multinational company in the textile industry and unfortunately the working hours ended up being quite difficult to deal with. The intensive hours that she was being asked to work meant that she was no longer able to spend enough time with her family. This prompted her to make a change!

With the help of Batmaid, Raphaëlle is now able to manage her own work schedule to suit her needs which allows her to fit more activities into her days. This flexibility is greatly appreciated by Raphaëlle as it allows her to spend more quality time with her family. She also made it clear to us that she enjoyed being in direct contact with her clients and being able to foster relationships with them, and many have asked her to stay afterwards for a coffee and a chat!

Outside of work she enjoys all kinds of different sports but if she had to choose a favourite it would have to be swimming. She tries to get out swimming as often as possible, but if she can’t make it down to the pool then she makes do with taking walks and dancing.

Here at Batmaid we have been thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and organizational skills, both of which were made evident during her interview process.
