Batmaid of the Month Luxembourg - April 2021

With no less than 850 cleanings to her credit, we can say that Andreia has made many customers happy! Indeed, with an outstanding average score of 4.87/5, our new Batmaid of the Month April for Luxembourg knows how to take good care of the customers.

Originally from Portugal, Andreia came to Luxembourg 15 years ago and has worked in many different fields, including office cleaning and home cleaning for private clients. She then turned to Batmaid as she was interested in our innovative concept (she loves to manage her time online via our platform!).

To provide the best service possible, Andreia shares her secret with us: "to adapt and put myself in each customer’s shoes“ to find that little extra that will make each one of them happy. For her, working for Batmaid means representing the company, and therefore she has to give her best.

What does she enjoy most about her job? The human interaction with our team and with her clients! She told us that some customers who unfortunately had to stop using our services still write to her and check up on her from time to time!

Outside of work, Andreia has a passion for animals. A passion that she intends to transform into reality. She has enrolled in an online course to become a veterinarian! A choice we salute and admire! But in her already busy schedule, Andreia always makes sure to take time to spend with her daughter!
