Batmaid of the Month - February 2021

This month, we had the chance to meet Galina.S, another committed and extremely dedicated Batmaid to whom we are delighted to award the Batmaid of the Month title!

What a commitment indeed! Since she joined us in 2018, she has completed more than 1,800 cleanings, resulting in an impressive average of 4.83 out of 5! A top and preferred Batmaid in the Zürich area, where she works! And the clients are showing their appreciation. “Galina always does an amazing job. She’s not only great at finding everything that needs to be put in order, but she’s also very friendly. A winning combination!”

Her close attention to details noticed by the clients undoubtedly comes from her previous experience in the healthcare industry. Our Batmaids always try to reach for the same cleanliness: attention to detail, absolute cleanliness and a desire to reach perfect cleaning quality standards. Qualities that Galina surely has which led her to apply for the job!

Not only that but she also decided to apply because it felt like a flexible and reliable job she was willing to give it a try. Since then, she said: “I do like working with Batmaid because I was able to build good communication not only with the staff but also with the clients”. And she gets along very well with the clients as one of them mentioned: “Special thanks for your help in this particular time of our lives!”.

As of January 1st 2021, Galina is one of our employees! To her, accepting the fixed contract was a quick and easy decision: “I always wanted to have more security regarding my job, even more importantly at the moment with the COVID-19 pandemic”.

When she heard the news that she was the new Batmaid of the Month, she was delighted!

But we are happier to have her among us! Thank you, Galina, for your hard work, your professionalism and your kindness; it is highly appreciated not only by us, but by our clients also!
