Batmaid of the Month - April 2020

Congratulations to the creative and sweet Mary who has been awarded Batmaid of the Month for April! Discover her story in this article.

After obtaining her Professional Maturity Certificate in business, Mary worked in administration in various sectors, including banking and engineering consulting during the first years of her career. Alongside her work, her growing passion for photography led her to train in this field.

Mary's pace of life obviously changed a lot when she became a mother. In order to offer daily support to her 3 children, she decided to put her professional career on hold for a few years while they grew up. Without a doubt the most beautiful gift a mother can offer to her children!

Like any stay-at-home parent, coming back to the job market after all these years was not easy and it took a lot of effort. Not having lost any of her creativity, Mary decided to become independent and open her own home decoration boutique! Each piece is unique as it gives second life to objects she has found. You can find these wonderful creations on her Instagram account, Facebook and Etsy. Batmaid then presented itself as a solution to supplement her income.

Apart from her busy schedule, Mary enjoys spending time with her children, taking time out for gardening and going on bike rides on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel.
