First of all, we want to congratulate her for being rated 4.5/5 with 330 cleanings under her belt, which shows her great motivation and her concern for well-done jobs. 💪 When this Basel native found out about our company, she was navigating through murky waters. When she became a Batmaid, in spite of starting to work with determination, full of will and ready to take up all challenges, she experienced a difficult start. She was feeling out of place, neither being satisfied from her cleanings nor getting along with new customers… 🤔

Thanks to her strong mental, she however put things back on an even keel! 👍 Waking up early each day, ready to take over the world and being full of will to improve herself. Learning from our mistakes means never being defeated, staying positive in every situation to move forward and get better. That is what she did, because that is how she works. In addition, she confesses going for regular walks in nature which help her to refocus and revitalize herself.

Today, she belongs to the Batmaid elite! She admits now taking a lot of pleasure meeting new customers and put a smile on their face.
