What should I do if my cleaner is late?

 

You should first try to call them, and in case you don't succeed you can call us on this number 021 624 54 15 so we could assist you.

What should I do if my employee doesn't show up?

 

It is highly unlikely that your trusted cleaner selected by Batmaid won't show up for a cleaning job that they have accepted. In case of last minute accident or sickness, our Team will be aware of it and if necessary could find you another candidate who is able to do a short-notice cleaning tailored to your needs.

What should I do if my professional cleaner needs more time than I booked?

 

If you notice your cleaner does not have sufficient time to make your home shine, you can edit your booking anytime by logging in and heading to your ''My cleanings'' page. From there you can apply changes such as increasing your cleaning duration for all upcoming cleanings.

Please note that an increase in cleaning duration may or may not be conducive to a change of employee, if they don't have the availabilities.

What should I do if something is damaged?

 

In case of damage, please take photos of it and show it to your employee. As employer, you endorse the risk of the damage unless it is clear that your employee didn't respect your instructions. We can only recommand you to explain your needs and be precise on which product should be use for which surface. Don't hesitate to call us if something happen, we will try to help you out.

If you there are items in your house you would rather your Batmaid steer clear of, please let us know in the ''special instructions'' field when booking.

What should I do if something is missing ?

 

This is very unlikely to happen. If you believe something in your home has gone missing after a cleaning, please contact us. We will support you by giving you all the necessary information about your employee.

How do I file a claim?

 

If you wish to file a claim, we will give you all the information of your employee, then you can take contact with the police. In case of need, we can assist you during this process.
