How do I log in?
You need to book a first cleaning with us in order to have your account created. The account is indeed automatically created after your booking.
What is included in My Account?
Your Account has 3 pages: My Bookings, My Profile and Options.
You can edit changes in your upcoming bookings section. You can rate your cleanings and check details on the previous bookings section.
You can edit your payment details or sponsor your friends in your profile section.
"Options" enables you to manage certain preferences notably about your email notifications.
Where can I see my upcoming and previous bookings?
Go to your account and in your My Bookings page, then select Upcoming or Previous Bookings.
How do I change my credit card information?
Go to your profile, and edit your payment information.
Where can I see my Batmaid credits (Batcoin)?
You can check your balance of Batcoin, that will be used to pay for your next cleanings at any time in your Profile.
Your balance can be positive if you credited your account via the Sponsorship program, "Give CHF20 , Get CHF20" or Gift Cards.
Please note that your balance is zero in case of a recurrence because it is automatically allocated as a payment means to your upcoming cleanings.
