Batmaid of the month - October 2018

After long deliberations, our hero of the month is… Maria A.T. !

The lady is as sympathetic as she is a real cleaning expert. This is why she got awarded Batmaid of the Month of October, congratulations !

Living in Switzerland for 13 years, she discovered Batmaid as a friend of her was discussing about applying to work with us. She got interested and… everything went really fast. A first complicated cleaning, some time to get used to our system and she quickly became one of our saviour for last minute cleanings. We even gave her a nickname : « The miracle Woman » !

When we asked her why she likes working with Batmaid, she immediately answered « The flexibility ». She can decide whether she accept or decline a cleaning, she can always free some time during the week, or work during the week-end if needed. But above all, she says she can’t even imagine working with another company because of friendship ties she formed with some of the member of Batmaid staff.

Last december, she fell in a bathtub during a cleaning. For 4 months, she couldn’t work anymore, but we never let her down and frequently catching up for news about her state of health. We consider all our agents as members of our family and it was primordial to support her while she was injured.

Maria likes to spend time with her family. Having a walk nearby the lake, or in the nature, she enjoys moments when she can laugh and play with her children.
